Blue Shark

The blue shark is an oceanic and epipelagic shark found worldwide in deep temperate and tropical waters from the surface to about 350 meters. Blue sharks are found off the coasts of every continent. This shark is one of the most dangerous fishes in the world.

Removing the skin

 

  1. Make on both sides of the back side a little incision.
  2. Take the fins of from the tail to the head.
  3. Put the head on a hook and takes of the skin.

 

To fillet


  1. Lay you knife on bone and cut to the tail.
  2. Other side exactly same.
