Baked cod-fillet with skin for 4 persons


Ingredients
  • 4 Pieces cod fish of 180 gr with skin
  • 1 Bottle hummer soup
  • 1 Bunch green asparagus
  • Pepper from the pepper mill.
  • sea salt
  • olive oil

 

 


Construction manner

  • Cuts the fillet a little in the skin (to warp to occur)

  • Warming a pan with 2 spoons of olive oil.
