Mullet 

The mullet is caught in the Mediterranean sea and the North sea to the south west coast of United Kingdom. In the summer the mullet swims from the mediterranean sea to the north because the water temperature becomes better. Generally the mullet is catch only in the North sea in summertime.

To fillet

Some fillets (this is very easy).

1. Remove the scales
2. Cuts fillet of the fish in one hand
3. Attention: keep the belly intact, cuts a little slanting.
