Salmon slices

 

Use for this fish a long toothed sharp knife (saw knife).


You can scale the salmon also.

  1. Cut of the back-fin.
  2. Cut of the belly-fins
  3. Cut the salmon in little pieces.
  4. Rinse with water.

Filleting the tail.

  1. Cut the fish on the back side of the tail.
  2. Slice the fish with the top of the knife above the middle bone to the tail.

Other side

  1. Don't turn but put your knife under the bones and cut of the fillet to the tail.
