Salmon slices Use for this fish a long toothed sharp knife (saw knife). You can scale the salmon also.
- Cut of the back-fin.
- Cut of the belly-fins
- Cut the salmon in little pieces.
- Rinse with water.
Filleting the tail.
- Cut the fish on the back side of the tail.
- Slice the fish with the top of the knife above the middle bone to the tail.
Other side
- Don't turn but put your knife under the bones and cut of the fillet to the tail.
